This is the replacement glass for the Yama 2 Cup French Press. Each unit is hand blown from borosilicate glass, the glass of choice by cafés, restaurants, and even scientists. Borosilicate glass contains boron trioxide so it is very adaptable to thermal expansion meaning it won’t crack under extreme temperatures like regular glass.
PRO TIP: Rinse under water after every use to prevent coffee build-up and combat stubborn residue by soaking in hot water. Another option is our Espresso Machine Cleaner known to target coffee oils.
